Agency agreement

An active Cited Agency subscription permits your agency to offer access to its branded client workspace, reports and action plans to your own clients. You may use your agency name, logo, domain and verified sender. This permission does not transfer ownership of Cited's software or grant a right to resell its source code, API credentials or infrastructure.

Your agency sets its client prices, contracts with its clients, invoices them and handles their support and refunds. Cited charges your agency for its own subscription and additional brand capacity; Cited does not collect client payments on your behalf.

The initial package includes five active brands and five staff seats including the owner. Clients may access only assigned brands. Each brand supports up to 15 tracked prompts, weekly visibility scans on five platforms and monthly brand-perception scans. Ten on-demand refreshes (including initial brand scans) and five website audits are shared across the workspace per UTC calendar month. Each additional brand adds two refreshes and one audit to that monthly pool. Unused allowances do not roll over. Audit retries use the original reservation. Website audits and sampled AI answers do not guarantee mentions, citations, rankings or revenue.

You must have authority to process the client information you add, invite the people you authorize, and provide the privacy and service information applicable to your client relationship. You are responsible for rights to uploaded branding, control of your domains, your DNS records and a verified email sender. White labelling changes the client-facing presentation; it does not conceal technical hosting or sending infrastructure.

Client access requires an active Agency entitlement and verified portal domain. When that entitlement ends, the client portal and client notifications stop. The owner's Cited account and stored data remain governed by Cited's existing retention and deletion rules. Removing a client revokes workspace access; deleting a brand follows the existing seven-day recovery period. Account deletion remains subject to stopping the account's Cited billing first.

Agency: USD/EUR 349 monthly or 3490 annually. Additional brands cost USD/EUR 69 monthly or 690 annually, matching the subscription's currency and billing period.
